These feelings are PREDICTABLE, and not fun. This virus situation will trigger varied emotional reactions in each of us, maybe not even the same ones from day to day – some logical, some not, and some are quite unpleasant.
Facing these feelings – and knowing they are normal in abnormal situations like we are in – is helpful.
So let’s face them. It’s happening to a lot of people – one of the new normals.
And WE CAN EXPECT TO BE MOVING ON into more permanent, more comfortable new normals. But probably not today 😉
