MAYBE FIXING BLAME on someone, or fixed on avoiding blame ourselves. Or obsessed with seeing “them” get what they deserve, or with getting the credit we deserve. Or just plain furious! Are you stuck there?
We can instead ATTEND (with LOVE!) TO THE PRESENT – and thereby the future. That, I think, is how to find a good “new normal”.
